About The Position

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions, using expertise in adult learning methodologies. The trainer will ensure eLearning reaches end users, ensure learning solutions comply with government standards, and develop modern systems that help users adopt and understand applications and technologies. The role also includes delivering AI and machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Deep subject-matter knowledge, instructional design abilities, and interpersonal skills to translate complex concepts into clear lessons.
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies.
