About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate combines expertise in adult learning methodologies with deep subject knowledge, instructional design abilities, and interpersonal skills to translate complex concepts into clear lessons. The trainer will also deliver AI and Machine Learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Deep subject knowledge, instructional design abilities, and interpersonal skills to translate complex concepts into clear lessons.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure eLearning is delivered to end-users.
- Ensure learning solutions comply with government standards.
- Develop modern systems that enable users to effectively adopt and understand applications and technologies.
- Deliver AI and Machine Learning models utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow.
