About The Position

Mirantis is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This contract role is for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes within a distributed team. The recruiter will help scale Mirantis by hiring people who contribute to its cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across varied roles, including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other go-to-market functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and providing strategic input on hiring decisions.
• Skill with LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to independently manage multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones, teams, and cultures.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally.
• Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape candidate profiles, define recruiting strategies, and deliver results.
• Advise on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices.
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience.
• Use SmartRecruiters to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows.
• Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently owning assigned roles.
