About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit, and close talented engineering professionals. The role supports Verkada’s continued growth and is based on-site at the company’s headquarters in San Mateo, California; it is not remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of successful full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to influence through collaboration.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience managing multiple competing internal priorities.
• Commitment to excellence and high performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be local to the Bay Area or open to relocation to the San Mateo, California headquarters.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, driving the process, and closing candidates.
• Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team and collaborate throughout the hiring process.
• Present Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization compellingly to candidates.
• Develop strategic and creative ways to engage top talent, including actively sourcing passive individual contributors and Manager+ candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage interview scheduling.
• Track and document candidate communications in Greenhouse ATS.
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.
