About The Position

As a key member of Anduril's software recruiting team, the Senior Technical Recruiter will support the company's talent management as it grows. The role is hands-on and involves partnering with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs. The recruiter will have autonomy and tools to execute the talent strategy and help build Anduril's team. This role requires high ownership and willingness to handle all aspects of recruiting as part of a small team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• Resilience and creativity to address routine obstacles, troubleshoot, and develop solutions.
• Direct, succinct, timely communication; active listening and intentional engagement.
• Accountability, business awareness, and ownership in helping Anduril achieve its mission.
• Low ego and high curiosity; value learning, give and receive candid feedback, and improve through setbacks.

Nice To Haves

• Startup or software recruiting experience.
• A combination of agency recruiting and internal recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while moving quickly and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, influence talent strategy, and deliver on hiring needs.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm with cross-functional stakeholders to support company growth.
• Embed with teams to understand product positioning, market fit, technical roadmaps, and team culture.
• Develop a strong understanding of the mission and pitch the team and opportunity to close exceptional technical talent.
• Track and analyze pipeline and performance data, identify opportunities, and communicate data-driven insights.
• Build recruiting strategies for long-range company growth and implement referral best practices and process improvements.
• Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
