About The Position

As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Corporate Builds team, you will lead high-impact, organization-wide programs implementing and optimizing Audio/Visual (A/V), network, and on-premises IT technologies across a global office portfolio. You will own program execution and delivery for standardized technology deployments supporting new offices, expansions, renovations, and existing workplace environments. You will partner with Workplace, Technology, Facilities, engineering, product, business teams, and external partners to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role spans the full program lifecycle, from requirements and planning through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handoff. You will establish plans, milestones, estimates, resource requirements, budgets, metrics, and delivery processes; manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; and communicate progress and decisions to leadership and stakeholders. The position also involves site surveys and technical assessments, basic technology markups on architectural drawings, managing system integrators and vendors, and overseeing IT work for office Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs). You will ensure implementations meet technical, security, quality, budget, and schedule requirements, maintain comprehensive documentation, and identify ways to standardize and improve processes for future deployments.
