About The Position

Furientis is developing cost-effective, high-production-rate interceptor missiles to address a U.S. and allied defensive-munitions production gap. The Senior Technical Program Manager owns commitments on assigned programs to government customers, company partners, and vendors, ensuring delivery on contracted dates. The role offers substantial ownership and autonomy, with broad latitude over program planning and execution and accountability for results. It reports to program leadership and is based on-site at the company's Los Angeles headquarters, with travel to Mojave, test sites, customers, and vendors. The position requires eligibility to access ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. Person.

  • Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to access export-controlled information.

  • Lead requirements breakdown, support design reviews, and manage technical and contract changes.
  • Build and maintain integrated program schedules and budgets from contract award through delivery, and drive the team to meet contracted dates.

  • Serve as the program contact for specific customers and lead technical reviews, status updates, and milestone discussions.
  • Work with the Business Development team to shape and identify follow-on work.
