About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our Oracle Fusion Cloud portfolio spanning ERP, HCM, and EPM. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution: you will drive the portfolio roadmap, run the quarterly update cycle, govern the integration and data landscape, and act as the connective tissue between Finance, HR, IT, systems integrators, and Oracle. This is a hands-on program leadership role. You will not write the code, but you will be expected to understand the architecture well enough to challenge estimates, spot risk early, and make credible trade-off decisions in the room. Success looks like predictable releases, clean integrations, informed stakeholders, and no surprises at quarter close.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5–8+ years of technical program or project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS applications, including at least 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Demonstrated ownership of programs spanning at least two Oracle Fusion pillars (ERP, HCM, EPM, or SCM), with working fluency in the third.
Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, including feature opt-in analysis and regression testing coordination.
Practical understanding of Fusion integration and data tooling — OIC, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI.
Proven track record managing systems integrators and third-party vendors on complex, multi-workstream deliveries.
Strong command of both waterfall and Agile delivery methods, with the judgment to know which one a given workstream actually needs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to brief executives and debug a design issue with an architect in the same afternoon.
Comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and the operational reality of a live enterprise platform.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a multi-unit retail, restaurant, franchise, or hospitality environment, including franchise-specific reporting or financial structures.
Prior participation in a full Oracle Fusion implementation or a major ERP/HCM re-platform.
Experience with EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, or Narrative Reporting.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster, or Oracle Cloud certifications.
Familiarity with test automation for Oracle Fusion (e.g., Opkey, Tricentis, Provar) and with ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit support in a Fusion environment.

Responsibilities

Own the consolidated delivery roadmap across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM, sequencing work against business priorities, Oracle's release calendar, annual business events, and finance/HR cycle constraints.
Run intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across multiple concurrent workstreams and module teams.
Maintain a single source of truth for scope, schedule, dependencies, budget, risks, and decisions; drive the RAID log and escalate with a recommendation, not just a problem.
Produce executive-ready status reporting that translates technical detail into business impact for the CIO, CFO, and CHRO organizations.
Lead cross-module design and impact reviews where a change in one pillar (e.g., HCM position management) affects another (e.g., ERP costing or EPM planning models).
Own the Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycle end to end: readiness assessment of Oracle release notes, feature opt-in decisions, impact analysis, test planning, cutover, and post-update validation.
Partner with functional and technical leads to triage new features quarterly — what we adopt now, what we defer, and what we must remediate before the update lands.
Drive the regression testing strategy across ERP, HCM, and EPM, including automated regression coverage, test environment scheduling, and defect triage through to resolution.
Operate the change control and release governance process: CAB submissions, approval gates, communication plans, and rollback readiness.
Coordinate environment strategy and refresh calendars (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) so that release, project, and break-fix work do not collide.
Publish and maintain the release calendar and communicate downstream impacts to business users, service desk, and reporting consumers well in advance of each update.
Govern the integration landscape across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, file-based interfaces, and third-party SaaS connections into and out of Fusion.
Drive integration design reviews with architects, ensuring error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and support runbooks exist before go-live — not after the first failure.
Lead data migration and data quality programs: mapping, cleansing, conversion cycles, mock loads, validation, and sign-off criteria.
Own delivery of reporting and analytics capability across the portfolio (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/HDL/HCM Extracts, Fusion Data Intelligence or equivalent), balancing self-service needs against governance.
Partner with security and compliance on role design, segregation of duties, and audit requirements (SOX, data privacy) as part of every release and integration.
Serve as the primary program interface for Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, FP&A, and IT leadership; build trust by being consistently accurate and early with information.
Manage systems integrators and implementation partners against statements of work, deliverable quality, milestones, and burn — hold vendors accountable without turning the relationship adversarial.
Own the day-to-day Oracle relationship: support escalations (SRs), roadmap briefings, product feedback, and advisory engagements.
Facilitate steering committees and governance forums; drive decisions to closure and document them so they stay decided.
Lead organizational change management in partnership with business owners — training, communications, super-user networks, and adoption measurement.
