Chainguard’s Enablement Team is critical in strategically implementing key business initiatives to ensure that new and existing frontline team members are equipped with the information, skills, and behaviors they need to thrive and succeed in their roles. The Technical Enablement Manager will be aligned with our technical GTM teams, including Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Customer Success Management and Technical Support Engineering. They will partner closely with these leaders to identify skill gaps and opportunities and provide the relevant support to ensure these teams are effectively enabled and demonstrating success in each of their core areas. In addition to supporting these teams, this role will be responsible for continuing to uplevel our sales team members on all things product and industry.
