As the Manager, Technical Enablement, you will join the Global Sales and Marketing organization, leading a team responsible for advancing technical excellence and capability development across Rockwell Automation and our partner network. You will lead a team of professionals focused on designing, delivering, and scaling technical enablement programs that strengthen product adoption, accelerate technical selling effectiveness, and enhance portfolio competency. This includes ownership of key global programs such as the Early Adopter Program, PowerHour Program, and Hands-on Technical Training (HOTT) Program. You will work with the Product Business Units, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to ensure enablement strategies align to commercial priorities and drive measurable business impact.
