About The Position

We are looking for an organizationally strong and communicative Technical Enablement Manager to help us revolutionize our customer experience. You share our EGYM vision “making the gym work for everyone” and want to lead our customers to success with our Connected Training Floor. Requirements

Experience in working with customers and can successfully manage customer meetings, even for more complex customer issues
Strong technical understanding of software systems and mobile apps
Ideally familiar with APIs
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of consulting competence
Quick grasp of new ideas
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel
Ability to find solutions promptly through close communication with colleagues
Curious, like to take the initiative, are eager to learn and can deal well with change
Very good Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce and Jira
Fluent in English and Spanish or French

Programming skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth process in the implementation of our Connected Training Floors, such as interfaces to member management, smart cardio and much more for our customers
Responsible for the successful implementation of our personalized apps for our customers with all technical feature sets
Understand customer and partner needs and determine implementation processes through close communication to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Work closely with the product team in the area of interfaces and apps to create an optimal customer experience and continuously improve the process
Support the creation and updating of documentation, such as on Confluence, to keep all stakeholders up to date
Continuously coordinate with other teams in Operations and Customer Success to achieve common goals and share knowledge
