About The Position

The Senior Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business leaders, frontline sales organizations, partner ecosystems, and IT and engineering teams for Verizon’s enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation across Commercial and Government. The role leads engagements to capture and translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements, and supports delivery from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. After go-live, the analyst uses Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools to prototype and build lightweight business automation and seller productivity solutions, refine prompts and workflows, and establish a handoff to IT for governance and long-term maintenance. The role also coordinates cross-functional and partner alignment, end-user support, and operational issue resolution. This is a hybrid role with a defined work location, working from home and at least three days per week in the office. Travel of 25% or less is required.
