About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications and cloud-based integration solutions. The role combines advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development with hands-on expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The successful candidate will oversee technical implementation, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Working with engineering, architecture, product, and data teams, the role supports platform modernization, improved integration capabilities, and effective development and deployment practices. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining development expertise, solution design, problem-solving, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, cloud solutions, or systems integration.
• At least 6 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, including development, customization, plugins, Dataverse, and API-based integrations.
• At least 5 years of hands-on AWS experience, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Practical experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, and IAM.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and consumption, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, version control, and automated testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, monitor cloud applications, and support production systems.
• Experience leading technical delivery, contributing to architectural design, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional software development environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable integrations connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and AWS cloud services.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Lead technical delivery from initial design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, code quality standards, automated testing, and maintainable software design.
• Implement and improve automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Investigate application issues, monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain production environment reliability.
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, improve integration architecture, and automate repetitive operational activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, enterprise architects, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, support professional development, and encourage consistent engineering practices across the team.
