About The Position

The Senior Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business leaders, frontline sales organizations, partner ecosystems, and IT/engineering teams for Verizon’s enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation serving Commercial and Government. The role leads engagements to capture, document, and translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements. Responsibilities span requirements gathering, process modeling, user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, and post-go-live support. Following system go-live, the analyst uses Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools—including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder—to prototype and build business automation solutions. The analyst validates workflows and prompts and establishes a handoff to IT for formal governance, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The role also supports cross-instance operational alignment, end-user support, troubleshooting, and guidance for junior analysts and operations teams. This is a hybrid role with a defined work location, including work from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office. Scheduled weekly hours are 40, and travel of 25% or less is required. The annual salary range is $120,500 to $231,000, depending on location, skills, and experience; the position is incentive-based with potential additional compensation.
