About The Position

The Senior Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business leaders, frontline sales organizations, partner ecosystems, and IT/engineering teams for Verizon’s enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation across Commercial and Government. The role leads engagements to capture, document, and translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements. Responsibilities span requirements gathering, process modeling, UAT planning, and post-go-live support, with an additional focus on using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools to prototype business solutions for handoff to IT for governance and deployment. The analyst leads strategic requirements sessions with sales, sales operations, and channel partner stakeholders; conducts interviews, gap analyses, and process mapping across CRM functions; and certifies solution designs against out-of-the-box best practices. The role leads delivery across the implementation lifecycle, including sprint builds, data validation testing, UAT, production deployment, cutover, hypercare, and legacy platform sunsetting. After go-live, the analyst uses Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Builder to prototype and build business automation, refine prompts and workflows, and develop seller productivity tools. The analyst also coordinates with technical leads, enterprise architecture, program managers, vendor and partner engineering teams, business users, and operations teams, including maintaining alignment across Commercial and Government data models and providing guidance to junior analysts.
