About The Position

Dentsu Creative is seeking a Senior Strategist, Social Marketing & Strategy to serve as the strategic lead for a leading outdoor-focused CPG snack brand. Reporting to the Group Director, Social Marketing & Strategy, this highly visible role sits at the intersection of social strategy, content planning, creative development, and client leadership. The Senior Strategist is the primary strategic contact for the business, shaping how content moves across owned, earned, and paid channels while working closely with clients, creative teams, media partners, and agency stakeholders. The role combines strategic storytelling and content stewardship: ensuring content reaches the right audiences in the right places, and that it is relevant, effective, and aligned with brand objectives. The position includes managing a high-volume content ecosystem—approximately 40 pieces per month—and collaborating across disciplines and agency partners to maximize content investments and address broader marketing challenges. The position is based in New York. Employees within commuting distance of a hub office are expected to work in person three days per week, except Los Angeles employees, who are expected in the office two days per week. Employees outside commuting range may be designated remote depending on the role and business needs, and all employees may need to attend an office to meet company or client needs.
