About The Position

The Senior Strategist, Integrated Strategy will join Dentsu Creative to support a leading health and convenience retailer, connecting brand strategy and communications across pharmacy, health, wellness, and everyday retail. The role is part of a specific business vertical, with a need to connect its work to the broader enterprise. The strategist should be comfortable navigating a large, highly matrixed brand while developing scrappy thought starters, finding unexpected creative angles, and turning early thinking into actionable work. The role combines qualitative research, audience and business insight, brand and communications planning, and creative partnership. It includes shaping measurement and learning agendas, building client and category knowledge, applying AI thoughtfully, and helping teams tell the story of their strategic work. Employees within commuting distance of a designated hub are expected to work in the office three days per week, except employees based in Los Angeles, who are expected to work in-office two days per week. Employees outside commuting distance may be designated remote depending on the role and business needs; flexibility to attend an office may still be required.
