Senior/Staff Product Designer
About The Position
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates finance and accounting workflows. The Senior/Staff Product Designer will own end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform across web and mobile, translating complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. The role includes evolving a scalable, component-based design system in Figma, partnering closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate quickly, and using user research to improve usability. The designer will also help shape the company's design culture and product development speed, and mentor other designers as the team grows. Requirements
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
- At least 8 years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end.
- Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems.
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail.
- Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions.

- Experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools.
