Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager

ServiceNow•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to shape the market narrative, launches, adoption, and enterprise readiness of Veza capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires a deep understanding of identity security markets, customer segments, buyers, and the landscape across identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity security posture management, and non-human identity security. The person will position how customers can secure and govern AI agents alongside human and machine identities, and represent the product externally with analysts, customers, and industry communities. The position guides go-to-market plans for new capabilities and integrations, runs early access and preview programs, and defines and monitors adoption and customer success metrics. It also ensures that capabilities and integrations are ready for general availability through appropriate packaging, documentation, deployment guidance, support paths, and operational playbooks, while accounting for enterprise security, change management, least-privilege, and administrative requirements. The role equips sales, solution consultants, customer success, support, and partners with materials and guidance to sell, deploy, and support the offering. It also brings customer and deployment feedback into product planning, translating it into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria for inbound product managers, and advocates for customers with engineering and company principals. The work persona is listed as Flexible or Remote; eligibility and assignment depend on the nature of the work and assigned work location.
