About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a customer-focused Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for its Data & Analytics product team, responsible for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. This externally focused role develops and communicates the value of enterprise data capabilities through positioning, product launches, sales enablement, and direct customer engagement. The role connects data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness, and customer outcomes, translating technical concepts into product narratives, go-to-market strategies, customer-facing content, and field enablement. Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional are strategic growth areas in ServiceNow’s Data & Analytics portfolio. The product manager will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, solution consulting, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to help the market understand and adopt ServiceNow’s next-generation data platform.
