ServiceNow•Washington, DC
•$190,900 - $334,100

About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for its Data & Analytics product team, responsible for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. This externally focused role brings complex enterprise data capabilities to market through positioning, product launches, sales enablement, and direct customer engagement. The position connects data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness, and customer value, shaping how customers understand, adopt, and benefit from ServiceNow’s data capabilities. Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional are strategic growth areas in ServiceNow’s Data & Analytics portfolio. The business is described as approximately $600 million in revenue, with a goal of reaching $1.5 billion by 2029. The role develops a wraparound strategy for how data strengthens ServiceNow’s value proposition across workflows, customer outcomes, enterprise AI readiness, and strategic deals. The product leader identifies customer problems, crafts market narratives, and scales enablement and growth through one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches, partnering with product, engineering, sales, solution consulting, product marketing, and customer-facing teams. The role owns outbound strategy, messaging, positioning, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation, customer proof points, launches, field readiness, adoption plans, and success metrics. It also represents the products in customer and executive briefings, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and strategic deal support, translating technical concepts into clear customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise software product management, outbound product management, technical product marketing, or go-to-market work, including ownership of customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays.
  • Enterprise software experience; experience building, positioning, selling, or taking software products to market for external enterprise customers is strongly preferred.
  • Product management or outbound product experience as a software builder or seller; experience solely as an internal IT practitioner, implementation owner, or user of similar technologies does not meet this requirement.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise data and analytics, such as data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or AI/ML data layers, and ability to translate capabilities into differentiated positioning and customer value.
  • Understanding of how data strategy, integration, data management, databases, and platform capabilities support enterprise AI and workflow transformation.
  • Experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers, and executives through briefings, discovery conversations, launches, field events, or strategic deal support, and using those interactions to improve messaging and go-to-market execution.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for technical practitioners, business decision-makers, sellers, executives, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success, and field teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting data platform, database, integration/iPaaS, infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML data layer, or enterprise SaaS platform products.
  • Experience delivering demos or supporting technical customer conversations, executive briefing centers (EBCs), sales engagements, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, or strategic deal pursuits.
  • Experience developing field enablement, launch narratives, competitive positioning, customer proof points, executive messaging, and adoption programs.
  • Experience with federal customers or highly regulated enterprise markets.
  • U.S. citizenship or green card status is preferred to support federal-market customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional, translating platform capabilities into customer value, differentiated positioning, and market narratives.
  • Define and refine messaging, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation, and customer proof points for technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner with inbound product managers, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting, and customer-facing teams on launch strategy, field readiness, growth motions, and adoption plans.
  • Represent the products in customer briefings, executive conversations, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and strategic deal support, adapting content for technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Translate enterprise data, analytics, integration, platform performance, and AI-readiness concepts into business outcomes, customer use cases, and seller-ready messaging.
  • Use field feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and adoption signals to recommend roadmap priorities, GTM execution, and outbound investments.
  • Own outbound materials and activities, including sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, field training, executive presentations, and customer-facing product storytelling.
  • Establish and track outbound success metrics, including launch readiness, seller adoption, customer engagement, pipeline influence, product adoption, and market feedback.
