About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for its Data & Analytics product team, responsible for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. This externally focused product leadership role brings complex enterprise data capabilities to market through positioning, product launches, sales enablement, and direct customer engagement. The role connects data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness, and customer value, shaping how customers understand and adopt ServiceNow’s data capabilities. Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional are strategic growth areas in ServiceNow’s Data & Analytics portfolio. The role will develop a wraparound strategy showing how data supports ServiceNow workflows, customer outcomes, enterprise AI readiness, and strategic deals. The product manager will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, solution consulting, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to clarify the platform’s value and scale growth through one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many motions. The position owns outbound strategy, customer and market messaging, launch and adoption plans, field enablement, and customer-facing storytelling. It represents the products in customer briefings, executive conversations, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and strategic deals, and uses customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and adoption signals to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software product management, outbound product management, technical product marketing, or go-to-market work, including ownership of customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays.
  • Enterprise software experience; the role requires experience building, positioning, selling, or taking software products to market for external enterprise customers.
  • Product management or outbound product experience as a builder or seller of software, rather than solely as an internal IT practitioner, implementation owner, or user of similar technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise data and analytics, such as data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or AI/ML data layers, and ability to translate these into differentiated positioning and customer value.
  • Understanding of how data strategy, integration, data management, databases, and platform capabilities support enterprise AI and workflow transformation.
  • Experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers, and executives through briefings, discovery conversations, launches, field events, or strategic deal support, and applying insights to messaging and go-to-market execution.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for technical practitioners, business decision-makers, sellers, executives, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success, and field teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting data platform, database, integration/iPaaS, infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML data layer, or enterprise SaaS platform products.
  • Experience delivering demos or supporting technical customer conversations, EBCs, sales engagements, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, or strategic deal pursuits.
  • Experience developing field enablement, launch narratives, competitive positioning, customer proof points, executive messaging, and adoption programs.
  • Experience with federal customers or highly regulated enterprise markets.
  • U.S. citizenship or green card status to support federal market customer opportunities.

  • Partner with inbound product managers, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting, and customer-facing teams on launches, field readiness, growth motions, and adoption plans.
  • Represent the products in customer briefings, executive conversations, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and strategic deal support.
  • Translate enterprise data, analytics, integration, platform performance, and AI readiness concepts into business outcomes, use cases, and seller-ready messaging.
  • Turn field feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and adoption signals into recommendations for roadmap priorities, go-to-market execution, and outbound investments.
  • Develop outbound materials such as sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, field training, executive presentations, and customer-facing product stories.
  • Help define and track outbound success metrics, including launch readiness, seller adoption, customer engagement, pipeline influence, product adoption, and market feedback.
