ServiceNow•Santa Clara, CA
•$190,900 - $334,100

About The Position

The Employee Workflows Outbound Product Management team connects customer needs to product strategy and go-to-market execution, guided by customer obsession, endless reinvention, and unreasonable hospitality. The Outbound Product Manager owns a specific product initiative end to end, including its value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch adoption. The role explains the product’s capabilities and value to sales, partners, analysts, and customers, and brings market and customer insights back to the broader team to improve each release. It works closely with inbound product management, product leadership, go-to-market teams, and field stakeholders to align product direction, launch readiness, and adoption outcomes. The role drives adoption through enablement and practical customer content, owns voice-of-customer and market-fit activities, leads go-to-market coordination for its product pod, and translates effectively across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer stakeholders.
