Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager

ServiceNow•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager will own market understanding and product narrative for Veza on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity security posture management, and non-human identity security. The role will shape how customers secure and govern AI agents alongside human and machine identities, represent the offering to analysts and industry audiences, and guide community engagement and content. The position leads go-to-market planning for new capabilities and major integrations, including launches, announcements, release notes, demos, and internal enablement. It runs early-access and preview programs, defines and tracks adoption and customer-success metrics, and uses findings to guide action. The role also defines general-availability readiness, including packaging, documentation, deployment guidance, support escalation paths, and operational playbooks, while accounting for enterprise security, change-management, and administrative requirements. The product manager equips sales, solution consulting, customer success, support, and partners with messaging, discovery tools, business-value narratives, battlecards, implementation checklists, and troubleshooting guidance. They bring field and deployment insights into product planning, convert customer feedback into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria for inbound product managers, and advocate for customers with engineering and company leaders. The role requires strong cross-functional influence and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to CISOs.
