The Role The Senior Specialist of Loyalty Partnerships will be part of a dynamic Loyalty & Strategic Partnerships team, helping manage and grow some of the most high-impact partnerships across our award-winning Wyndham Rewards program. This role supports both existing and new partners, contributing to partner strategy, marketing execution, and go-to-market planning that drives engagement across our 122M+-member base. In addition, this role plays a key part in the Wyndham Rewards Experiences program and sponsorship portfolio, helping deliver unforgettable access to sports, entertainment, and cultural moments through member-exclusive experiences and activations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record for meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
  • A genuine passion for sports, entertainment and pop culture, with a strong pulse on emerging trends.
  • Experience in partnership or relationship management, including managing multiple experience high-touch partners simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance internal needs and partner expectations.
  • A data-driven marketing mindset, leveraging analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and articulate value propositions.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to develop, operationalize, and execute new ideas.
  • Excellent marketing execution skills, from planning through launch and post campaign analysis.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and evolving priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-4 years of progressive work-related experience in sports, partnerships, marketing, or loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sr. Manager to manage day-to-day relationships across key Wyndham Rewards earn, redeem, stay partners and sponsorships, including partner strategy development, internal and external requests, and preparation of regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel strategic marketing plans to drive member engagement, program awareness, EBITDA, and key performance indicators.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver partner-specific and portfolio-wide initiatives, special projects, and high-impact sponsorship and experiential activations.
  • Oversee coordinated marketing efforts that bring global partnership campaigns and sponsorship activations to life across paid and owned channels.
