Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM No late nights No bell-to-bell schedule No cold calling Benefits 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Consistent weekday schedule supporting work-life balance Full Medical benefit including, health, dental, vision insurance Supportive team environment with clear processes Opportunities for professional growth within the Carter Myers Automotive group Closed on Sundays Requirements Key Responsibilities Review daily service appointments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities Engage with existing service customers and present personalized solutions Structure and desk your own deals independently Collaborate with service, appraisal, and finance teams for seamless transactions Maintain accurate CRM notes and consistent customer follow-up Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business Qualifications Prior automotive sales experience preferred (minimum one year ideal) Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using dealership systems and technology High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license Ready to Apply? Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred (minimum one year ideal)
- Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using dealership systems and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
