About The Position
Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to advise Business Services organizations as they use AI and cloud ERP to transform how they operate, serve customers, manage projects, and grow. The consultant will partner with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities, define AI-enabled transformation strategies, and connect business outcomes with NetSuite capabilities across finance, projects, operations, customer engagement, and AI. The role focuses on Consulting, Advertising, Media and Publishing, Business Services, and Transportation. The consultant will develop deep industry expertise, lead outcome-oriented discovery sessions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues. They will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success; create thought leadership and reusable demonstration assets; mentor Solution Consultants; and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings and industry events. Travel of up to 30% is expected.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Consulting, Advertising, Professional Services, Transportation, or Business Services organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Professional Services Automation, CRM, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, or Enterprise Applications.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, Certinia, Deltek, Sage Intacct, or other enterprise ERP or Professional Services platforms.
Responsibilities
