About The Position

Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting team helps clients turn business challenges into opportunities through strategic technology services and solutions. Eide Bailly is a NetSuite global Top 5 Partner and three-time 5-Star Award winner, serving clients across industries including not-for-profits, e-commerce, and wholesale distribution. The team guides clients through every phase of NetSuite implementation, from requirements gathering and project planning through system design, data migration, customization, training, and support.

The NetSuite Managed Services Consultant supports clients after implementation and independently handles support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects from requirements through testing and deployment. The role calls for deep functional expertise in either financials or operations, an understanding of how operational transactions affect financials and vice versa, and a focus on high client satisfaction. The position is remote within the United States, with travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with NetSuite or another ERP, including at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience.
• Deep functional expertise in financials—including GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations/multi-subsidiary, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting—or operations—including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse management (WMS).
• Understanding of how operational transactions affect financials, and vice versa.
• Ability to independently manage support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and GitHub to work more efficiently and improve client processes.
• Track record of high client satisfaction, internally and externally.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation.
• Experience in managed services or supporting NetSuite clients after go-live.
• Working knowledge of both financials and operations.

Responsibilities
