NetSuite Consultant
About The Position
The NetSuite Techno/Functional Consultant performs NetSuite administration, data cleansing and imports, and configuration based on client requirements. The role sets up dashboards, creates reports and saved searches, and builds workflows, with some light scripting possible. Working with other consultants, the consultant assesses client implementation needs, develops and implements solutions, and communicates requirements to technical developers for potential product customizations. The consultant also documents deliverables and completed activities. The position is remote anywhere in the United States, with some travel to client sites expected; preference is given to candidates in or near Eide Bailly locations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite or other ERP solutions.
- NetSuite Administrator certification.
- Full understanding of ERP/CRM systems and experience implementing ERP/accounting software.
- Experience with NetSuite project functionality.
- Strong understanding of business financials and experience managing and documenting projects.
- Experience and understanding in several of the following areas: project work, ERP, financials, data, accounting, order processing, inventory management, CRM, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and improving client satisfaction.
- Authorization to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- JavaScript and SQL experience.
- Advanced PDF, Freemarker, and HTML experience.
- Business process improvement experience.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications such as Boomi.
Responsibilities
- Perform NetSuite administrative tasks.
- Cleanse and import client data.

- Set up NetSuite dashboards based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with consultants to assess client implementation needs, develop solutions, and implement plans that exceed client expectations.
- Develop and communicate client requirements to technical developers regarding potential product customizations.
- Document deliverables and completed activities.
- Troubleshoot implementations and provide support by developing business solutions.
