About The Position

This role is for a Senior Salesforce Engineering Manager within the Studio Engagement Services department. The position is remote and operates on a day shift, full-time schedule. The salary range is $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus incentive.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience.
• Enterprise-level configuration and programmatic development experience specifically within Salesforce Data Cloud.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery physician program to drive patient volume and strengthen network referrals.
• Oversee patient access marketing across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.
• Partner directly with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to translate complex clinical priorities into high-impact marketing plans.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to continuously optimize marketing traction and present clear performance reports to executive leadership.
