Manager, Salesforce

LINQ•Denver, CO

About The Position

LINQ is a high-growth software company that provides cloud-based operational software to K-12 school districts. Business Platforms sits within Data & Platforms and supports the systems behind LINQ’s revenue engine and customer experience across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Contracts. The team includes Salesforce administrators, developers, and engineers working across employees, onshore contractors, and nearshore partners, and reports to the Director, Data & Platforms. The Business Platforms Manager leads and grows the Salesforce team and oversees operations, security, and integrations across Salesforce and connected platforms, including HubSpot, Gong, Highspot, DocuSign, Rocketlane, and Qualtrics. It also covers platform health, architecture, data integrity, security, release management, DevOps, incident response, vendor and partner management, user adoption, and continuous improvement. Occasional after-hours support is required for releases and critical incidents. Travel is less than 10%.
