About The Position

Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to build technology solutions that support public health. The role works collaboratively within a SAFe Agile framework alongside architects, consultants, developers, business analysts, and quality engineers to deliver Salesforce solutions for health departments nationwide. The position involves developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, collaborating on solution design, translating public health requirements into technical solutions, and supporting the PH360 platform. The team follows an Agile Release Train with quarterly Program Increment planning, two-week sprints, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and opportunities for continuous improvement. The company emphasizes teamwork, iterative development with colleague and client input, ethical conduct, capacity building, and meaningful impact for public health communities. The company hires for a role rather than a specific project, allowing team members to contribute to varied initiatives suited to their expertise and interests. It measures success by the quality and impact of work rather than timesheets, while maintaining utilization targets as guideposts. Workload may vary over time, with quieter periods offering opportunities for learning, reflection, and personal growth. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, adhere to the company's no-drug workplace policy, and agree to undergo eVerify for employment status at hiring.
