About The Position

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Salesforce AI Developer to build a secure, scalable, and intelligent Salesforce platform. The developer will work with AI Architects and functional teams to build solutions using Salesforce.com, Agentforce Studio, SIForce, Data 360, Headless 360, Slack Integration, and related technologies. The role also includes enforcing security architecture, trust layers, and observability practices so agent interactions are safe, auditable, and grounded in business data. The salary range is $176,000–$276,000 USD, with eligibility for equity and benefits. Applications will be accepted at least until October 30, 2026. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, verifiable by transcripts, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience architecting and developing full-stack solutions on Salesforce’s ecosystem.
  • Practical knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, including agent chaining, context windowing, delegation, and conflict resolution across Agent Fabric.
  • Hands-on experience with general MCP or equivalent experience and API integrations, including tailored MCP server environments, REST APIs, and OAuth/PKCE.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript for scripting services or MCP servers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Headless 360 and Data 360, including exposing Salesforce actions, data, and agents as headless services consumable by non-Salesforce AI clients.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, and security architecture.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce.com certifications; Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant certifications are highly valued.
  • Experience building autonomous AI quoting agents that use Salesforce data to automate product configuration, pricing, and quote generation.
  • Familiarity with external MCP client frameworks such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, or custom MCP clients, and integration with Salesforce Hosted MCP endpoints.
  • Background in prompt engineering, RAG patterns, or LLM-based application development.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Agentforce Agents that use live CRM data—including account planning, opportunity pipeline health, and quoting information—to support sales and operations teams.
  • Architect multi-agent orchestration patterns using Agent Fabric, deploying specialized agents across business domains and leading handoffs, context passing, and fallback logic.
  • Design and develop custom MCP Servers, including OAuth 2.0 setup using Data 360 and Headless 360 to expose actions and agents to external AI clients.
  • Implement MCP observability practices, including trace logging, scoped access controls, and security testing using practices and tools such as Agentforce Testing Center, guardrails and prompt-injection testing, Einstein Trust Layer, Salesforce Code Analyzer (PMD), and CRUD/FLS.
  • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, Platform Events/CDC, custom connectors, and web services.
  • Identify business requirements and translate business and functional specifications into detailed technical specifications for agent-driven solutions.
  • Provide platform and user support, including onboarding and addressing issues related to AI client users.
  • Collaborate with AI Architects and functional teams including Sales, Partner Programs, Enterprise Support, and IT.
