Senior Salesforce Developer

Perry Homes•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Developer builds and improves Perry Homes’ Salesforce platform, primarily using Sales Cloud to support the lead-to-opportunity journey connecting homebuyers with sales teams. The role also contributes to Service Cloud as needed and works with integration teams on connections to the custom SalesHub quoting and configuration platform and Azure/.NET middleware. Development includes Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, with existing Salesforce capabilities and configuration preferred over custom code where appropriate. The position supports the growth of Perry Homes’ in-house Salesforce capability. Initial priorities include improving Sales Cloud lead conversion, duplicate management, and data quality; helping establish source control and CI/CD practices; improving test coverage and monitoring; and supporting the transition of codebase ownership to the internal team. The work serves Perry Homes’ sales teams and homebuyers directly.
