About The Position

T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to analyze, design, develop, unit test, and support custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform. The role implements solutions in accordance with established technical standards, coding practices, and design patterns, and supports all phases of the software development lifecycle to translate business requirements into working software.

The role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home. FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. The listed annual salary range is $183,685 to $206,000 for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, remote workers, Washington, D.C., New York, and California. Placement within the range depends on relevant experience and skills. Base salary is one component of total compensation; employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Case Routing.
• Experience with programmatic development using Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning components (Aura and Web Components), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
