We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to lead high-impact sales initiatives, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships within the water industry. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional sales, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape the future of our solutions and market approach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in the water industry or a technical B2B environment
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Win New Business Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets
Conduct advanced, consultative sales presentations
Analyze market trends and uncover new opportunities
Strengthen Client Relationships Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
Deliver exceptional customer experience and support
Upsell and cross-sell solutions aligned to client needs
Resolve client challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Be a Product & Industry Expert Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations
Educate clients on products, services, and new offerings
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and trade shows
Provide insights to influence product development and strategy
Lead & Collaborate Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
Mentor and support junior sales team members
Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Own the Details Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Track performance metrics, expenses, and budgets
Support invoicing, reporting, and sales operations as needed
