About The Position

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Majors Central team. This is a remote role reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction, nurturing partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. This team collaborates across Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships to showcase Zscaler's cloud transformation capabilities. The role involves creating and delivering technical product presentations, gathering customer technical requirements, leading product evaluations and custom configurations, and designing and guiding evaluation test plans to successful outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience
Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

Nice To Haves

Industry standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
