About The Position

This is a role highly focused on sales, operating like a CAS manager for multiple accounts across all brands for the West regional grocery. This is not a data science type role, but rather focuses on storytelling. The role serves as the eyes and ears of the sales team, identifying not only what is happening but also recommending actions. It leads the line review process, identifying potential threats to distribution and opportunities for expansion. Additionally, it assists the team in preparing for top-to-top meetings and running PPAs (Price Performance Analysis) to help grow profits.

Requirements

  • Proficient on key Sales analytical tools
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Category Business Planning and Insights knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling

Responsibilities

  • Lead the line review process in identifying potential threats to distribution and identifying distribution opportunities.
  • Help the sales team prep for top-to-top meetings.
  • Run PPAs to help with growing profits.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the sales team, providing insights on current situations and recommending actions.
  • Manage multiple accounts across all brands for the West regional grocery.
