About The Position

JLL is seeking a Senior Relocation Project Manager to join their Project and Development Services team. This role involves leading the delivery of challenging relocation and change management projects, interacting with clients and vendors, negotiating contracts, developing strategies, managing documentation, tracking RFPs, leading planning meetings, and serving as a subject matter expert for all elements of relocation planning and execution. The position requires a collaborative, client-focused, and team-driven individual who can manage projects of varying sizes, including those involving over 500 associates. Continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies are important for success in this role.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred (6+ years) of relevant experience, related to project management.
  • Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
  • Ability to continually seek opportunities to develop skillset.
  • Act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of challenging relocation and change management projects.
  • Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts.
  • Develop relocation and change management strategies.
  • Manage project-related documentation.
  • Track move vendor RFPs.
  • Lead weekly relocation planning meetings.
  • Develop scope and schedule of assigned projects.
  • Serve as the SME responsible for all elements of the relocation planning and execution events including post move support.
  • Support team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.
  • Drive client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development.
  • Deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way.
  • Lead change management activities.
  • Manage projects of varying sizes and scope including change management and relocation projects up to and over 500 associates.
