About The Position

JLL is seeking a Senior Relocation Project Manager to join their Project and Development Services team. This role involves leading the delivery of challenging relocation and change management projects, collaborating with clients and vendors, managing project documentation, tracking RFPs, leading planning meetings, developing project scope and schedules, and serving as a subject matter expert for all aspects of relocation planning and execution, including post-move support. The position emphasizes continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies. The ideal candidate will foster an energized and collaborative environment, focusing on project delivery and client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development. They should be proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective work while managing projects of varying sizes, including those involving over 500 associates.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred (6+ years) of relevant experience, related to project management.
  • Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
  • Act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park, CA or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of challenging relocation and change management projects.
  • Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts.
  • Develop relocation and change management strategies.
  • Manage project-related documentation.
  • Track move vendor RFPs.
  • Lead weekly relocation planning meetings.
  • Develop scope and schedule of assigned projects.
  • Serve as the SME responsible for all elements of the relocation planning and execution events including post move support.
  • Support team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.
  • Create an energized and collaborative environment.
  • Drive client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development.
  • Deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way.
  • Lead change management activities.
  • Manage projects of varying sizes and scope including change management and relocation projects up to and over 500 associates.
