Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing mid to senior level talent.
Expertise in various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that foster seamless collaboration.
Proven ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
The skill to excel in a high-energy, cooperative workplace and juggle competing priorities smoothly.
Genuine curiosity and passion for matching talented individuals with impactful, meaningful opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, with a focus on high-impact and specialized positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Develop targeted recruiting strategies to source both active and passive candidates in a competitive marketplace.
Maintain candidate pipelines to quickly fill open positions and support workforce planning.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active high performers.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless selection process.
Utilize metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Stay current on industry trends and AE talent market dynamics.
