Senior Quality Assurance Test Lead Analyst (Ref: 5891)
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Testers and Test Leads to support enterprise software implementations, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data migration initiatives. The role requires strong experience in software testing methodologies, test planning and execution, defect management, and collaboration with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders. This is a remote consulting/contract position for 9–12 months. The analyst will analyze requirements and technical specifications, develop and execute test plans and scenarios, perform a range of testing activities, manage defects through resolution, validate configurations, integrations, and migrated data, and report on testing status and quality. The role also supports business users during integration testing and UAT and provides recommendations for software quality and deployment readiness.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business systems.
- Two to four years of experience in a lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience testing system integrations and REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Experience validating data integrity and accuracy using SQL, SOQL, or comparable database query tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to develop detailed test cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and testing scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Validate application configurations, integrations, and data migration results.
- Conduct API testing and database-level data validation.
- Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Support business users during integration testing and UAT.
- Provide recommendations to improve software quality and deployment readiness.
