About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join a SCRUM team and take ownership of backend and frontend development. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices-based applications using modern Python practices, AWS serverless technologies, and React.

The position requires a seasoned engineer who can own the full stack, from Python microservices on AWS to React frontends, and contribute strong design sense, clean code practices, and collaborative SCRUM experience.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, AWS—especially Lambda—and SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with ORM tools; SQLAlchemy is preferred.
• Experience working in SCRUM teams and using Git with branching mechanisms.

Nice To Haves

• Additional depth in Python and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python backend services using AWS Lambda, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain React frontend applications integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Apply advanced Python programming, object-oriented design patterns, and ORM tools.
• Collaborate in a SCRUM environment, follow Git branching strategies, and deliver production-ready code.
