About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join a SCRUM team and take ownership of backend and frontend development. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices-based applications using modern Python practices, AWS serverless technologies, and React. The engineer will own the full stack, from Python microservices on AWS to React frontends, and contribute strong design sense, clean code practices, and collaborative SCRUM experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, AWS (especially Lambda), and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with ORM tools; SQLAlchemy is preferred.
• Experience working in SCRUM teams and using Git with proper branching mechanisms.

Nice To Haves

• Additional depth in Python and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust Python backend services using AWS Lambda, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain React frontend applications that integrate with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Apply advanced Python programming, object-oriented design patterns, and ORM tools, preferably SQLAlchemy.
• Collaborate in a SCRUM environment, follow Git branching strategies, and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
