About The Position
Senior Property Manager – Canterbury Green Apartments | Fort Wayne, IN. Lead the team. Own the numbers. Run one of Fort Wayne’s largest communities. Canterbury Green Apartments is a 2,000-unit community in Fort Wayne, and we’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to lead it. You’ll direct a team of managers, leasing, and maintenance professionals while driving the financial and operational results that make a community thrive.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, scheduling, and discipline.
- Strong knowledge of all operational and financial areas of an apartment community, including budgeting, reporting, collections, and delinquency handling.
- Experience supervising property managers and maintenance teams.
- Leasing and marketing skills, including market surveys, competitor tracking, and resident retention and renewals.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and property management software.
- Property Manager or Real Estate License as required by state and local law.
Nice To Haves
- ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certification is helpful.
