About The Position

The Senior Project Manager owns end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and M&A integration workstreams. The role drives alignment across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Product, and operates with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with M&A integration or large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfort operating across multiple concurrent workstreams amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship. Any applicable visas or permits granting employment eligibility must be maintained and renewed.

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise systems exposure, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or ERP.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-close M&A integration planning and execution, including systems, processes, and organizational alignment.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain integration playbooks, trackers, and governance cadences.
• Partner with functional leaders to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, exercising judgment on priorities and escalations.
• Report status, risks, and decisions to Transformation Office leadership and executives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
