About The Position

The Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation owns execution of IT and transformation projects within Quorum Software’s Transformation Office, delivering projects on time, in scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role leads projects such as systems implementations, process improvements, and technology rollouts, coordinating across IT, business stakeholders, and vendors. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Quorum Software will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
• The successful candidate must complete criminal history, education, employment, driver’s license, and passport/ID verification clearances.

Nice To Haves

• IT project delivery experience preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT and transformation projects, including systems implementations, process improvements, and technology rollouts.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate across IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability to deadlines.
• Manage project budget, scope, and change control.
• Report status, risks, and issues to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
