About The Position

Wingstop is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation to help establish and operationalize its newly formed Transformation Office. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation, the role will build processes, governance, and operating rhythms that translate enterprise strategy into measurable business outcomes. As project lead for Wingstop’s enterprise transformation portfolio, the Manager will create structure, visibility, and accountability for high-priority initiatives. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to build a new enterprise capability. The position calls for strategic thinking, program management expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and balance long-term transformation objectives with practical execution.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project/program management certification.

  • Run the portfolio operating rhythm, including steering committees, workstream check-ins, and executive status reviews.
  • Prepare portfolio dashboards and executive updates for the Chief Transformation Officer, Senior Director, and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams from kickoff through implementation, partnering with leaders in Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, Development, Supply Chain, People, and International.
  • Translate strategic priorities into project charters, work plans, success metrics, and accountabilities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive resolution and escalate with recommended options when needed.
  • Hold workstream owners accountable to commitments while maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Establish project and program management standards and coach initiative leaders on effective execution.
