About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Millwork to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership and supervision of each millwork project. You will work closely with GC's, Architects, Designers, in-house engineering, production, and more to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural millwork project management or related fields.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and millwork shop drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers to ensure ongoing communication, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordination of all project phases with estimator, general contractor, architect, sales, installers, site supervision and production.
• Schedule and/or assist with all meetings related to development, fabrication, installation and timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate and assist in the requisition of materials and hardware and confirm order placement with purchaser as necessary.
• Monitor shop fabrication/production process maintaining communication with the production manager.
• Conduct job-site reviews with installers, addressing any issues requiring clarification.
• Create Schedule of Values and complete monthly AIA billings as necessary.
• Send out RFQ's for buyout installations and coordinate as necessary.
• Review and oversee hours and costs in ERP software.
