About The Position

As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinating daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques.
• Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles.
• 5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required.
• Applicants must have the passion and pride to produce the same to become part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks.
• Lead and supervise a team of installers during the installation of millwork products.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Travel to and from jobs with occasional overnight stay.
